The double-threaded floss is smooth, durable, and shred-resistant, with a flexible pick end for added convenience.

Gently glide floss nick between your teeth using a back and forth motion to remove food particles and plaque. Rinse floss pick and repeat across teeth as needed. Rinse the toothbrush bristles, apply a pea size amount of toothpaste, and brush your teeth gently. Brush two times per day and after every meal, or as coordinated by a dental specialist or doctor. Replace every 3 months or after you have been ill.
