Dr. Farideh Amin

Dr. Amin received her DDS from the renowned National University of Iran School of Dentistry. She then went on to earn her specialization in Advanced Periodontics and Masters in Medical Education from the University of Southern California, School of Dentistry. She completed additional training in Implantology at the Misch International Implant Institute where she mastered the art and science of implant dentistry. Dr. Amin continues her education in order to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. She also is a member of numerous study clubs discussing comprehensive treatment plans with other dentists and specialists.

In 2015 Dr. Amin has traveled to Cambodia with a group of dentists and periodontists from U.S.C. department of periodontics in conjunctions with SmileOnU and provided much needed dental treatment for the people in need.

Also in December of 2017, Dr. Amin travelled with SmileOnU to northern India to an orphanage located in Haridwar where they provided dental education and procedures to the children and orphan workers, this was a very rewarding experience for Dr. Amin and her daughters who accompanied her.

Dr. Amin has been in private practice for over 30 years, she also serves as a faculty member at USC School of Dentistry, Department of Advanced Periodontics for over 25 years.
